Many technical difficulty, payment difficulty, and general questions are answered in the Help Desk and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).

In the Technical Difficulties category, you can find answers and solutions for difficulties such as:

For child care course questions/answers, scroll down to the bottom of the Help Desk Frequently Asked Questions page to the Child Care Courses category. You can find answers for child care course questions, such as:

  1. Do your child care courses count toward licensing requirements for my state?
  2. Do your child care courses count toward the CDA or Child Development Associate credential?
  3. Can I retake a course if I fail the final exam 2 times?
  4. Do your child care courses count as college credit or CEUs?

Submit a Support Ticket Online

All certificate, technical and payment difficulties require that you submit a Support Ticket.

In the Support Ticket, please include:

  1. Your full name
  2. Your email address (if you have an Extension Online account, we need your account email address to assist with technical or payment difficulties.)
  3. For technical and payment difficulties, please describe the difficulty you are experiencing in as much detail as possible.
  4. For technical and payment difficulty assistance, it is important that you include the complete name of the course.

Before submitting the support ticket, please double check your email address in the form field and ensure it is correct, otherwise we will not be able to contact you.

*Important*

After you submit the Support Ticket, please write down, print, or save the Support Ticket Tracking ID number that displays.

Our system sends a notification email to you when our staff replies to your Support Ticket. If you do not receive the notification email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders.

If you still have not received the email notification, you will need the Support Ticket Tracking ID number to check the status of your support ticket here: View a Support Ticket.

Our office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are closed on weekends and holidays.

We respond to support tickets Monday through Friday. Please allow up to 24 hours for us to contact you about your issue.
